Design Related Questions
Can You Replicate Our Logo?
Of course we can! We can replicate your corporate identity/logo and follow any branding guidelines. We can match corporate fonts and also source high quality digital photography if needed.
To ensure the highest quality reproduction we ask that you supply your logo in .eps format. Your designer or agency should be able to provide you with those files. If you cannot get these files then we are able to ‘recreate’ the logo using our design software packages. However, this will impact the time scale of the project and may incur an additional charge.
Can You Use The Logo From My Website
Not really! images used on websites are normally very low quality .gif or .jpg files. Whilst these images look fine on your computer screen they don’t handle being enlarged to the sizes usually required for signs.
We always recommend supplying a .eps format for logos and corporate branding as these files are designed to be enlarged to any size. If a web based image is all you can supply, we would normally suggest that we recreate the logo using our design packages to ensure the highest quality reproduction.
Do You Have A Library Of Images?
We do! We have access to millions of stock images and vector graphics which we can use when creating your sign. We use www.shutterstock.com for all our stock photos and graphics. We can also create bespoke images and logos using the latest industry design packages.
What Fonts/Lettering Can I Use?
We have an extensive archive of fonts (lettering Styles) to choose from and our team will be happy to advise you on the best font to choose for your signage. You can supply your own corporate fonts if needed.
Van & Vehicle Signage Questions
Is My Van Suitable For Signage?
Sure is! Nearly all vans and vehicles can accommodate some form of signage. We’ve applied signs on the smallest of vehicles and the largest of lorries.
What Designs Can I Have On My Van?
Almost anything! Choose simple lettering and your companies logo or go for high impact with full colour photographs wrapped around you whole vehicle.
My Vehicle Already Has A Sign On It - Can You Remove It?
Normally! If the sign has been applied using vinyl we can usually remove it without too much trouble. You may incur an additional charge if we have to remove signage before applying your new sign.
How Long Will The Signage Last?
Years! Our professionally applied vehicle signage will last for years if you follow a few simple care guides. Do not wash your vehicle for a week after the sign is applied and we advise that you do not Jetwash/Pressure wash the sign directly.

That Depends on a number of factors, you must consider the available space for signage outside you shop/retail space. Your budget and the type of material you’d like to use for the sign, and the overall look your aiming to achieve. Do I Need Planning Permission For My Sign?
Sometimes… Standard shop facia signs, window graphics and illuminated signs above a premises with trough lighting are normally permitted without planning consent. Local authority consent maybe required for some types of signage, usually this means very large illuminated signs, temporary advertising or promotional signs which are not located on or fixed to your place of business.
